Return Eligibility

You can request a return only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product not as described on the website

Return Window

Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products used or damaged by the customer
  • Products with opened or missing original packaging
  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned item:
→ Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
→ Amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only if the same product & size is available in stock.
